Spider Gwen Public

This Spider Gwen shoot with Shayna LaToya Xaria was her first video and only her second time in latex, and she jumped in like she had been doing it for years. I put her in the Spider Gwen catsuit and those unapologetically tall platform boots, then took her straight out onto a public path lined with autumn trees. For me, walking next to someone dressed in latex outside is almost routine by now, but for the model, it is usually this intense mix of fear and thrill. Shayna LaToya Xaria clearly felt that tension at first, yet she leaned into the fun side of it fast, owning the suit, the path, and every look that came her way.

Once she realized she enjoyed it more than she feared any stares, the whole shoot opened up. We caught the sunset slipping through the trees, warm light tracing the shine of the latex as she stood there, firm and poised, in the middle of everyday traffic. People on bikes and on foot just moved around her, and she stayed focused, playful, and a little dangerous in the best way.
