Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract. If you additionally ordered a quarterly print (the print edition included in Extended Premium), the period for that item begins on the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LARUM.photography, Raymond Kerrin Larum, Bonner Straße 327, 50968 Köln, Germany, e-mail: mail@latexperiment.com, telephone: +49 (0)151 23046283) by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also declare your withdrawal using the withdrawal function provided on this page. If you do so, we will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry for digital content

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires early pursuant to § 356 (6) of the German Civil Code (BGB) if you have expressly consented to the supply beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and have at the same time acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with confirmation of this.
