It turned out to be her last series on latexperiment. She left without a word, which is its own kind of ending; no announcement, no farewell shoot, just these images as the final record of her work here. Looking back at her appearances on the site, from the stainless-steel neck corset series to the blue latex dress to the latex nun, she brought a consistent stillness and self-possession to everything she did.

The series holds up well as a closing chapter, even if that was never the intention. The kimono-and-latex pairing is a strong final image for a model whose work has always had a particular aesthetic coherence.
