Latex Under Designer Outfit

Walking through the Netherlands in a full latex catsuit already turns heads, but we wanted to push the idea further instead of repeating ourselves. Beth May brought a designer outfit and layered it directly over the latex, not to hide it but to reframe it. The result was surprisingly seamless. People responded to the silhouette and styling first, often only realizing later what was underneath. That reaction alone made the experiment worthwhile. It proved that latex does not always need to dominate visually to define the look.

For the shoot, I chose a natural setting to amplify the contrast. Clean designer lines and glossy black latex against rough branches and soft greenery create tension without forcing drama. I focused on how the outer layer moved differently while the latex underneath kept everything structured and precise. From one perspective, this is clever layering, a styling trick that broadens how latex can function in public. On the other hand, it subtly challenges assumptions about what high fashion can sit atop without losing credibility.
