Latex Punk With Fishnet Stockings
Bonny Jumm arrived a day early and decided to sleep in her full latex punk outfit, including fishnet stockings. By the next morning, she did not want to change. Her plan was clear: go out like this, head toward a nearby festival, and move through everyday surroundings before doing a shoot. From my perspective, that commitment already set the tone. Latex was not a costume here. It was a live decision carried straight into the day.
Walking among regular people in that look created immediate tension. The reactions were not friendly, and it was obvious that this kind of visual disruption was not welcome in that exact space. That said, Bonny stayed calm and focused. We shifted slightly, found a nearby spot where shooting was possible, and kept going. Even there, the attention did not disappear. The looks followed, lingering, curious, uncomfortable, and impossible to ignore. I framed the images to include that atmosphere without turning it into a spectacle.
From another perspective, this shoot is about friction. Latex punk does not blend in, and it is not meant to. Bonny thrives in that space between confrontation and control, and the fishnet layered over latex pushed that even further.
