First Time Outdoor in Latex

For Ankha van Ayken, this shoot marked a personal milestone: her first time stepping outside in full latex. With her new peacock-blue catsuit finally in hand, she was ready to take the experience beyond the studio. We chose an industrial location with muted tones that let the deep, glossy sheen of the latex suit really stand out. Ankha paired it with a tightly laced black corset and her high platform boots and added a warm purple coat for comfort between shots.

She quickly found her rhythm, confidently walking, posing, and interacting with the urban textures around her. The overcast light softened the scene just enough to let the color of the suit reveal its subtle richness, while the corset added shape and contrast. Ankha looked entirely at ease—even playful—despite the cold and the novelty of the setting. Her curiosity and enjoyment were visible in every frame.

This session wasn’t about pushing a look too far; it was about celebrating her comfort and growing confidence in latex as a second skin. Watching her move freely through the location and embrace the experience for several hours felt like a natural next step in her journey with latexperiment. She owned the moment, and I was glad to be there to capture it.
