Latex Girl on a Plane

Flying in latex isn’t just a fantasy; it’s a statement, and Catherine Reus wore it like it was second nature. For this session, I styled her in a glossy black latex mini dress with white trim details that gave it a refined, almost retro finish. The cabin lighting played perfectly off the surface, pulling out the texture and curve of the material without overwhelming it. Her white-and-black high heels were a strong match: clean, bold, and a bit playful.

We shot in a decommissioned aircraft interior with classic first-class seats, working the layout to make it feel as real and relaxed as possible. Catherine settled into the setting immediately, laughing, moving, and fully owning the scene without hesitation. She’s never approached latex as a costume; it’s simply part of her wardrobe now, worn confidently and comfortably, with no explanation needed.

What’s refreshing about Catherine is how natural she is in latex, even in unexpected locations. There’s no performance, just ease. And each shoot opens up a new direction, this one in the air, but just as easily it could be on the street, in a gallery, or anywhere else she feels like taking it next. That openness keeps things real and keeps me looking forward to what we’ll shoot after the seatbelt sign goes off.
