Penelope Haylen returned with a look that perfectly matched her playful energy. The latex kitten vibe worked on her in a way that felt natural, not forced. She slipped into the outfit, threw on the black jacket to stay warm in the subway station, and immediately started moving with that light, teasing rhythm she has.
