Into Contemporary Art

Imogen Roudine placed herself fully into my hands for this shoot, where trust was absolutely central. The setup was designed to remove her control and immerse her in the experience, starting with dressing her in latex, gagging her, and slipping the ballhood over her head. To ease her into it, I began with a lighter restraint session, letting her settle into the confinement before we moved to the more challenging part.

The split trainer became the key element of this shoot. Bound securely and positioned with her legs stretched to 180 degrees, Imogen displayed both her flexibility and her discipline. Knowing her range, I kept it at a level that highlighted her lines while leaving room for future progress. The contrast of her controlled posture and the complete restriction created a strong visual dynamic.

Afterward, she shared her impressions openly. She admitted feeling overwhelmed at first, but also acknowledged that the trust carried her through. For her, the experience was one of testing boundaries, something she believes could feel even better with time. Her willingness to step into such intensity speaks to her courage, and it leaves the door open for even stronger results next time.
