Little Dance in Highstyle
This shoot was exactly what it sounds like: a spontaneous leap into movement and heat. Arya had mentioned wanting to dance in latex, and we finally made it happen. The timing, however, was less than ideal. The sun hit hard that day, turning the industrial backdrop into a glowing furnace. Still, she went for it, wearing tight latex leggings under casual denim shorts and a lightweight gray top. No full catsuit this time, just a stripped-back look that merged streetwear with her signature gloss. The goal was simple: capture energy, rhythm, and authenticity rather than pose.
As she moved, sweat turned the latex slicker, the surface glowing under the light. The casual top and shorts kept the styling grounded, balancing the shoot’s more performance-driven aspect with the informality of summer. The raw industrial lines behind her added geometry to her fluid moves, a sharp contrast between structure and grace. Despite the heat and the clear discomfort, she stayed smiling, letting spontaneity replace control. That made it one of those rare shoots where imperfection became the aesthetic.
By the end, the combination of exhaustion and joy was visible in every shot, turning the session into something far more personal than planned. It wasn’t meant to be polished or staged; it was a test of endurance and attitude. Arya’s willingness to step into unfamiliar territory always keeps her work interesting. After this, though, she’s earned her right to stick with cooler days for any future dancing experiments.
