Dress Up!

The concept here is layering: a red-orange latex catsuit worn beneath a grey latex dress, the sleeves and stockings of the catsuit visible above and below the dress hem, the two colors working against each other with a confidence that the series earns rather than assumes. A large ruffled latex detail at the bust of the dress adds sculptural volume on one side only, an asymmetric flourish that keeps the look from sitting too neatly. Spiked platform boots in black close the series at the foot, the stud hardware adding a further material layer to an already complex stack.

Hermione Jones loved the combined look, and the video that accompanied the series captures that; the dress-over-catsuit approach is the kind of thing that either resolves immediately or doesn't, and here it resolved. The grey-and-red-orange pairing is unusual enough to hold attention without the ruffled detail, and together they push the series into genuinely fashion-forward territory.

Testing ideas on set is part of how strong series are made, and this one is a good example of a mid-shoot decision that paid off.
