Latex Lifestyle
Golden, Shiny Latex Paratrooper
The series closes Kathryn Arliss's work on the site with one of the more visually striking shoots in the parachute tent. The copper-gold latex catsuit responds to the tent's warm amber light in a way that makes the material appear almost self-luminous, the surface shifting between bronze and deep gold depending on angle. The neck corset sits at its usual place, its steel construction providing the only cool tonal note against the warmth of the latex and the ochre backdrop. Black gloves and glitter platform heels complete the look without breaking the visual coherence of the series.
The parachute tent has appeared across many shots on the site, but the combination of this particular color and this particular light makes it feel like a different location entirely. Gold latex absorbs and reflects ambient warmth in ways that cooler colors simply do not, and the series benefits enormously from that.
It is a strong final shoot, the kind that makes you wish there were more to follow. I would have done almost anything for her to stay, but you can't keep them if they don't want to.
