Black Latex Soldier

The series documents something that evolved organically during the session rather than being planned in advance. Once Jannina was in the thick black latex catsuit, the accessories accumulated one by one until the full soldier character emerged on its own: a tactical mask on her head, latex gloves, knee guards, a BB rifle, platform heels that fully commit to the contradiction of the concept. The result is more coherent than it has any right to be, given how it came together.

The all-black monochrome across every element — catsuit, gloves, footwear, prop, mask — keeps the series visually unified despite the mix of references at play. The thick latex reads differently from thinner material, its surface catching light with more depth and less sheen, which suits the military aesthetic better than a glossier finish would.

It's one of the more genuinely playful series in her work here, and the spontaneity of its assembly is what makes it land.
