Leather, Denim & Latex Mix Up

This shoot with Kathryn Arliss took a genuinely street-style direction, mixing a cropped burgundy leather jacket with relaxed, cuffed denim jeans and a single black latex glove-and-sleeve piece running up one arm. Set against a plain white corrugated wall in a sunlit outdoor spot, the casual urban backdrop suited the outfit's laid-back, everyday styling far better than a studio setup would have.

The combination of materials gave the whole series real textural interest, the leather jacket's worn, matte finish sitting against both the soft denim and the glossy black latex sleeve, three distinct surfaces working together rather than any one material dominating.
