Post Winter Style

This shoot leaned into a striking black-and-white treatment, centered on a fitted black latex skirt suit topped with a plush white fur collar, lending the whole series an elegant, wintry contrast. Stripping the color out entirely lets the interplay between the glossy black latex and the soft, textured fur take center stage, each surface reading completely differently under the same monochrome light.

The corset cinching the waist above the pencil skirt kept the silhouette sharp and structured, while her raised arms and crossed-leg stance throughout the series gave the images a poised, statuesque quality well suited to the classic black-and-white aesthetic. That combination of rigid latex tailoring against the loose, tactile fur collar created a nice textural balance running through the whole set, refined rather than purely edgy.

Finished with white platform heels that echoed the collar's tone, the styling remained cohesive from top to bottom despite the strong material contrast. It's a polished, editorial-leaning session that shows how effectively black-and-white photography can highlight texture and shape in ways color sometimes flattens.
