Dead Latex Doll Concept

This shoot with Leopard Luxe went full concept for Halloween, building a "Dead Latex Doll" theme around cracked porcelain-style face paint, deep purple and black tones, and a black catsuit paired with a striking violet corset. The elaborate makeup, painted-on fractures, blank doll-like eyes, and stitched detailing transformed her expression into something eerie and unsettling, a sharp departure from the confident, direct gazes seen in more straightforward fashion sets.

The graphic overlay added afterward, marionette-style strings running down from her wrists and ankles alongside the bold typographic title, pushed the concept even further into illustrative territory, turning the photograph into something closer to a poster or key art than a traditional shoot image. That extra layer of design work reflected a genuine willingness to experiment beyond a standard photo, using the image itself as a canvas for a bigger creative idea rather than stopping at the styling and pose.

Leopard Luxe's stance, feet planted wide, arms held out as if suspended, played perfectly into the puppet imagery, giving the graphic elements something authentic to build on rather than feeling pasted over a generic pose. It's a genuinely unconventional set within the wider body of work, proving that pushing a concept into more theatrical, design-driven territory can produce something memorably different from the usual latex fashion output.
