Latex Cowgirl
This shoot with Grace Stout took a playful detour into western territory, building a cowgirl concept around her favorite black latex catsuit and corset. The addition of an open plaid shirt, a red bandana, a wide-brimmed hat, and coils of rope brought an entirely different texture and narrative to the studio, blending the sleekness of latex with the rustic, worn-in feel of classic western styling.
The interplay between materials became a central theme of the session; the soft, checked cotton of the shirt draped loosely over the corset's rigid black surface, while the rope wound around her legs added both a graphic, sculptural element and a sense of playful restraint to the composition. Grace moved through the poses with an easy, confident attitude that suited the character, holding the rope herself in a way that felt more like styling than storytelling constraint, letting the concept stay light and fashion-forward.
Grounded by tall platform boots and finished with a choker and hat, the look came together as a cohesive fusion of two distinct aesthetics that rarely meet. It was a fun departure from her usual sets, proving how far a familiar catsuit and corset can be pushed simply by changing the story they're built around.
