Alexandra Potter transformed herself into a vivid pink Barbie-inspired figure and wanted to share that playful aesthetic with the members of Latexperiment. Even though she was recovering from the flu, her enthusiasm never really faded, so we decided to make the most of the situation and work with what was immediately around us.

That meant turning the bedding into an improvised set, which gave the shoot a softer, more personal atmosphere than a traditional fashion setup would have. The contrast between the bold, glossy pink latex and the calm, familiar setting created a visual tension that made the images feel distinctive from the start.

What emerged from that unexpected setup was a series that combined resilience, intimacy, and strong styling in a surprisingly natural way. Alexandra’s look stood out all the more because of the gentle surroundings, proving that some of the most memorable shoots come from adapting creatively to imperfect circumstances.
