New Prototype

This shoot with Carola marked a new stage in latex design, testing a prototype catsuit with integrated silicone inlays. The concept was to maintain the visual precision of latex while introducing realistic movement and depth to the upper form. The result was impressive from the first fitting. The glossy red finish caught every bit of studio light, while the added silicone provided a subtle, natural dynamic that altered how the material responded to motion. Carola understood the balance between showcasing design innovation and maintaining a confident, poised, and sleek mood.

The setup stayed neutral to keep all attention on the material. Minimal furniture, soft directional light, and simple posing- each element was chosen to highlight the technical progress rather than distract from it. Her black platform boots added visual weight and contrast, anchoring the color palette and reinforcing the shoot’s futuristic tone. The reflections across the latex moved fluidly, showing how the inlays blended seamlessly without breaking the clean surface.

From a photographer’s view, it’s fascinating to see latex evolve this way. The engineering behind the piece elevated it beyond styling; it became wearable craftsmanship. Carola brought charisma and control to the frame, proving that innovation works best when it merges with presence. This prototype didn’t just perform well technically; it photographed as if it were ready for production.
