Sunset Ballet in a Tutu

For a few minutes after sunset, the harbor became the stage I was looking for. I had to work quickly because there was only a narrow point where the ambient light, the reflections, and the skin tones still balanced the way I wanted them to.

Sophia Levine came to this shoot with a clear idea: full black latex, a tightly fitted corset, high-heel boots, and her special red coat. The combination creates a sharp contrast between the glossy, sculpted silhouette beneath and the bold softness of the coat wrapped around it.
